📢 We’re Hiring: Field Sales Representatives at Mella!

We are looking for confident, energetic, and dedicated people to sell Mella’s digital QR menus to cafés and restaurants across Addis Ababa.

📍 Location: Addis Ababa (Field Sales)
⏰ Type: Flexible / Part-Time
💰 Pay: 100% Commission-based (No fixed salary : your earnings depend on your sales!)

🎓 Experience: None required. Full training provided! (University students welcome. Women are especially encouraged to apply!)

■ What You’ll Do
- Visit local cafés and restaurants in person.
- Demonstrate Mella’s digital menu to business - owners using your phone.
- Follow up, close deals, and earn direct commission on every client.

□ Requirements
- Based in Addis Ababa and ready for field visits.
- Confident & energetic with good communication skills and manners.
- Persistent - ready to follow up and handle rejection gracefully.
- Active on Telegram to register leads and send daily updates.
- Motivated by results and comfortable with a commission-only role.
