• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in store operations, inventory management, or supply chain activities.
• Experience in the agricultural or floriculture industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical stock counts.Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.Identify and report shortages, excess, expired, or damaged items.Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare periodic reports.Ensure compliance with company procedures and internal controls.
