We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Furniture Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong business acumen and a passion for the furniture industry. Experience in design and drafting is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:
° Achieve sales targets by actively engaging with customers and providing exceptional service.
° Build strong customer relationships and foster loyalty.
° Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to effectively recommend furniture solutions.
° Utilize design and drafting skills (if applicable) to assist customers in visualizing their spaces.
° Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.

Qualifications:
° Previous sales experience, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
° Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business related field. Candidates with a design background are preferred.
° Strong sales and customer service skills.

° Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong customer service orientation.
° Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
° Candidates must reside in close proximity to Meri, Hayat or CMC .
° Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software.
° Experience in microsoft word & excel, design and drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop etc.) is a plus.

°Salary - 6500 + 1% commission.(Slightly negotiable for experienced candidate)
