Bachelor’s Degree or Masters Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day hotel operations.
- Lead and coordinate hotel staff and departments.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage room reservations, front office, housekeeping, and other hotel operations.
- Monitor hotel performance, expenses, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of hotel facilities.
- Ensure compliance with hotel regulations and service standards.
