Main Role & Responsibilities

Customer Consultation: Welcome visitors to our Selam City Mall store, understand their mobile needs, and recommend the right phones, plans, and accessories.

Drive Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets in alignment with our company-scale growth and performance metrics.

Face of the company: Ready to be the face of the company in the already existing vibrant social Media platforms

Store Operations: Keep the shop floors organized, manage product displays, and assist with inventory management.

Technical Assistance: Set up new devices for customers, explain features, and perform basic troubleshooting.

Cashier Duties: Securely process transactions, handle cash/card payments, and maintain accurate register records.

Required Skills

Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills—you genuinely enjoy talking to customers in a busy mall environment.

Sales Ability: Confident in explaining product value, handling objections, and upselling accessories

Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and inventory tracking.
