• We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender & Price Estimation Specialist (tender cost breakdown )– Furniture, Interior Design & Construction Works with experience in tender preparation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation for furniture, interior design, interior finishing, and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit tender documents and financial bids.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates.
• Research market prices and obtain supplier quotations.
• Analyze material, labor, and project costs.
• Coordinate with technical teams and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely tender submissions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management (COTM), or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, construction materials, furniture, and interior finishes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
