Part-Time Waitress – Gangnam Korean Restaurant

Gangnam Korean Restaurant is looking for a friendly, responsible, and dedicated part-time waitress who is passionate about customer service and creating a great dining experience for our customers.

Job Responsibilities
• Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers.
• Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly.
• Keep tables and the dining area clean, neat, and organized.
• Respond to customer requests politely and handle complaints professionally.
• Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Maintain a professional attitude and follow restaurant rules.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and committed to working on time.
• Dedicated, hardworking, and responsible.
• Friendly, polite, patient, and welcoming toward customers.
• Good personal hygiene and a neat, professional appearance.
• Able to work well in a team and remain calm during busy hours.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.
• Must live near Bole Japan or have convenient transportation to the area.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Previous experience as a waitress is an advantage, but willing and fast learners are also encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Korean is an added advantage not a must.
