URGENT: GENERAL PRACTITIONER (GP)

• Provide primary medical care by assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients.
• Take patient histories, perform physical examinations, and order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and provide appropriate treatment plans, and refer patients to specialists when needed.
• Provide health education and preventive care advice to patients, students, and staff.
• Manage common medical conditions and emergencies, and give first aid when needed.
• Keep accurate and confidential patient records.
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and medical ethics standards at all times.
• Work with nurses, laboratory staff, and other health professionals.
• Support the College's clinical training and teaching activities when needed.
• Perform other medical duties assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional license from the relevant Ethiopian regulatory body.
• Previous work experience as a General Practitioner is preferred; fresh graduates with a valid license may also be considered.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good computer skills (MS Office).
• Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and patient care.
• Able to start immediately.
