Operation Specialist (Telegram & Social Media)

Job Overview

We are recruiting a local Ethiopian operation specialist with 1–2 years relevant experience to take charge of our brand’s core private domain traffic operation. Taking Telegram (TG) as the main operation platform, you will be responsible for user growth, community maintenance, daily interaction, consultation reply, and service conversion for CAWIN’s automotive maintenance, paint & body, and electric vehicle service business in Ethiopia. You will independently operate local user groups, activate community activity, filter valid customer leads, and assist the team in completing service reservations and customer accumulation

Key Responsibilities

1. Telegram Community & Account Operation (Core) / TG

Manage official TG public groups, private groups and channels daily, including group order maintenance, spam message cleaning, user management, and account risk control. Proficiently use TG invitation links, QR codes, and group management tools to standardize group operation and avoid account restriction or ban.

2. Local User Growth & Lead Acquisition

Receive potential user traffic from TikTok, Facebook and other social platforms, complete user precipitation through TG private messages and community interaction. Combine with local Ethiopian user habits to carry out lightweight user expansion and retention work, continuously increase accurate car owner users in the community.

3. User Maintenance & Service Conversion

Provide professional and timely reply to local car owners on daily consultation . Collect user demands, solve basic user doubts, activate community atmosphere, improve user trust, and promote service consultation and reservation conversion.

4. Localized Content Publishing

Create and publish simple and easy-to-understand localized content in Amharic & English, including automotive maintenance knowledge, service activity notices, construction case displays, preferential policies, etc., to shape brand awareness and fit local public cognition.

5. Data Statistics & Optimization

Count daily and weekly operation data including new group members, user activity, message response rate, valid leads and reservation volume. Summarize operation problems, optimize reply scripts and user contact frequency, and improve overall operation efficiency.

6. CRM System Cooperation / CRM

Cooperate with the company’s TG-CRM management system to complete user label classification, intention screening and compliant user follow-up. Conduct secondary follow-up on inactive users to accumulate high-quality local user assets for the brand.

Job Requirements

1. 1–2 years of social media / private domain / user operation work experience; candidates with TG community operation, local customer follow-up or automotive industry service experience are highly preferred.。

2. Fluent in Amharic listening, speaking and writing, proficient in daily English communication; able to accurately understand and respond to local user demands independently.。

3. Familiar with Telegram full-function operation rules, master group management, user interaction, risk avoidance and basic user expansion skills; have basic user screening and lead judgment ability.。

4. Good communication and customer service awareness, patient and careful in work, able to respond to user messages efficiently; have basic data awareness and summary optimization ability.。

5. Candidates with understanding of automobile maintenance, electric vehicle basic knowledge and local Ethiopian automobile market are preferred.
