Mountain Pharmaceuticals PLC is seeking a responsive , organized and detail oriented storekeeper to manage the receipt , storage , inventory control and issuance of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies .
Key Responsibility
• Receive , inspect and verify incoming goods agains purchase order and delivery documents.
• Maintain accurate delivery record
• Organize and store products appropriately
• Track batch numbers and Expiry dates
• Prepare and issues goods based on approved requests
• Participate in regular physical stock count and inventory reconcilation
• Monitor and maintain records of withholding tax related to purchases and ensure the proper handling of withholding tax receipts and supporting documents
• Manage purchases through credit arrangements
