Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor tender opportunities for generators, pumps, and related equipment.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and submission deadlines.
- Prepare technical and financial proposals, compliance documents, product datasheets, and quotations.
- Coordinate with suppliers for prices and technical documents, and maintain tender records and follow-up.
- Ensure tender submissions are complete, accurate, and submitted within the specified deadlines.
- Perform other tender-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
