Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.

Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and cash transactions.

Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.

Prepare basic financial reports and assist with monthly closing.

Monitor receivables, payables, and cash balances.

Support inventory reconciliation and other administrative tasks.
