Shop Sales Promoter (SSP)

Leapfrog Software Technology Africa PLC is looking for motivated, customer-oriented, and energetic individuals to join our team as Shop Sales Promoters (SSPs) to promote and sell Safaricom devices displayed in shops.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell Safaricom devices displayed in assigned shops.
• Approach customers, explain product features, and recommend suitable devices.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall sales performance.
• Maintain attractive and organized device displays in the shop.
• Provide accurate product information and respond to customer inquiries.
• Monitor displayed devices and report stock shortages or other issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain good relationships with shop owners, staff, and customers.

Requirements
• Education: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, promotion, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sales, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to approach customers confidently and promote products effectively.
• Target-oriented, honest, energetic, and willing to learn.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Fenercai or Shiromeda.
