Main Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable baby and children’s products.
• Actively promote products and increase sales.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and attractive.
• Arrange products neatly and ensure correct price labeling.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items.
• Handle payments and record sales accurately.
• Assist with receiving, counting, and organizing new inventory.
• Follow store rules and maintain honesty, punctuality, and professionalism.

Qualifications
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic mathematics and cash-handling skills.
• Honest, responsible, organized, and hardworking.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage.
• Ability to speak Amharic; English is an advantage.

Expectations: The salesperson must provide excellent customer service, actively sell products, maintain store standards, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
