Mina Furniture is looking for a qualified and experienced Quality Control Officer to ensure that all furniture products meet the company’s quality standards before production completion, packaging, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect sofa frames, foam, upholstery, stitching, fabric, and finishing.
• Inspect dining tables, chairs, and other woodwork products for quality, measurements, stability, and finishing.
• Conduct quality inspections during production and before delivery.
• Identify defects and ensure corrective action is taken.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products.
• Prepare daily quality inspection reports.
• Help reduce material waste, product defects, customer complaints, and returns.
• Ensure that defective products are corrected before release.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Furniture Manufacturing, Wood Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in furniture manufacturing or quality control.
• Practical knowledge of upholstery, woodwork, furniture finishing, and quality inspection.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
