Mina Furniture is looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing strategy, strengthen its brand, increase showroom traffic, and grow sales.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Lead digital marketing activities across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and supervise video content production, advertising campaigns, promotions, and influencer partnerships.
• Build Mina Furniture’s brand image and strengthen its position in the Ethiopian furniture market.
• Develop marketing plans to increase showroom visits, customer inquiries, and conversions into sales.
• Manage marketing budgets and measure the return on advertising expenditure.
• Monitor competitors, customer preferences, market trends, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with showroom managers and sales teams to achieve sales targets.
• Develop monthly marketing plans, KPIs, and performance reports.
• Manage the marketing team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support tender marketing, corporate sales, and new business opportunities.
• Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, leads, showroom visits, and sales generated.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• –10 years of relevant marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, advertising, brand development, and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of Facebook and TikTok marketing, content strategy, and paid advertising.
• Experience managing a marketing team and working with sales targets.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in furniture, retail, manufacturing, or consumer products is an advantage.
• Ability to deliver measurable results and manage marketing budgets effectively.
