We are looking for a creative video editor to make videos for our own social media and for our customers. You will create short videos, video ads and event videos that bring attention and customers.

Main duties
• Edit short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube and Telegram
• Create video ads and promotional videos for customers
• Make simple motion graphics, text animations and logo animations
• Edit product, event and drone videos
• Film our work: printing, sign installation, vehicle branding, before/after shop fronts
• Add music, subtitles (Amharic and English), effects and color correction
• Prepare videos in the correct size for each platform (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
• Post at least one video every day on our pages, working with the social media team
• Follow video trends and suggest new ideas
• Finish projects on time and keep video files organized

Requirements
• Diploma or degree in film, multimedia, graphic design or a related field (a strong portfolio can replace this)
• At least 1–2 years of video editing experience
• Good skills in at least one of: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Canva is a plus
• Can shoot good video with a camera or phone
• Understands TikTok, Instagram and Facebook video styles
• Good Amharic and basic English for subtitles and captions
• Creative, fast and able to work under deadlines

Nice to have
• Motion graphics and animation skills
• Drone video experience
• Voice-over or scriptwriting skills
• Experience with advertising or marketing videos
