Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily business operations.
Supervise, guide, and motivate employees to achieve organizational goals.
Develop work schedules and assign duties to staff members.
Monitor employee performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Manage daily sales, expenses, payments, and operational records.
Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Monitor inventory, supplies, and the proper use of company resources.
Ensure workplace discipline, professionalism, and productivity.
Support staff training and professional development.
Develop strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate documentation.
Report operational progress and major issues to the business owner or senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements
degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in management, supervision, or business operations is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of basic financial records, reporting, and budgeting.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle pressure, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
