2. Position: Manager, Finance Department

Number of Positions: - One

Place of Work: - Head office

Educational Qualification: -MBA/MA//BA in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Accounting, Accounting & Public Finance, Cooperative Accounting and Auditing.

Work Experience: - 7/9 years of experience in financial management and accounting, including a minimum of 3 years as a managerial role in financial accountant, finance manager, or head of finance for MA/MBA programs or five years in a managerial position for financial accountant, finance manager or head of finance for BA programs.

Additional skills:-

• Deep understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial acumen, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
