Social Media Manager & Content Creator

We are looking for a creative, talented, and experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team and help grow our café brand online.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the café’s social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
Create high-quality photos and videos of our food, drinks, and café atmosphere.
Shoot and edit attractive Reels, TikTok videos, and promotional content.
Develop creative ideas to attract new customers and increase engagement.
Plan and publish regular social media posts and stories.
Respond to comments and messages professionally.
Promote our menu, special offers, and café events.
Monitor social media performance and help grow our online audience.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong photography and videography skills.
Ability to shoot and edit professional-quality videos using a smartphone or camera.
Experience with video editing applications such as CapCut or similar tools.
Creative, energetic, and familiar with current social media trends.
Experience working with cafés, restaurants, or food brands is an advantage.
Must be based in or able to work in Addis Ababa, Jemo.
