About the Role
We are a startup seeking a qualified legal advisor to guide us through company establishment, regulatory compliance, and the development of our legal framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on applicable government regulations, policies, licensing requirements, and legal obligations relevant to our business.
- Identify and clarify legal and regulatory matters that may affect our business operations.
- Guide the company through the establishment and registration process, recommending appropriate legal structures and necessary precautions.
- Develop a comprehensive legal policy and framework tailored to the company’s business model.
- Review and advise on contracts, agreements, and terms and conditions.
- Identify potential legal risks and recommend measures to protect the company’s interests.
Requirements
- Degree in Law, with relevant legal advisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of local government regulations, business registration, and commercial laws.
- Experience advising startups or small businesses is preferred.
- Ability to provide practical, clear, and actionable legal guidance.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
