• Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, honest, and responsible Purchaser with a relevant work experience, preferably in a mechanical workshop or manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials and spare parts, obtaining and evaluating quotations, negotiating with suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring the timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices in accordance with company requirements and policies.
• Duties and Responsibilities
-Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, delivery time, and reliability.
-Request, collect, and compare quotations from different suppliers.
-Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
-Prepare purchase requests, purchase orders, and other procurement documents.
-Procure spare parts, raw materials, tools, equipment, and other items required by the company.
-Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery of purchased items.
-Coordinate with the Store, Finance, Maintenance, and other relevant departments.
-Maintain proper purchasing records and prepare procurement reports.
-Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.

• Person Specification
Education: Bachelor's degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field.
Work Experience: 0-2 years of relevant purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in a mechanical workshop or manufacturing company.
