- Manage daily administrative activities and office operations
- Welcome and assist visitors and guests at the reception area
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Handle office correspondence and communication
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documents
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requests
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks
- Perform other duties assigned by management
