Sheger microfinance S.C is a Mass based finance institution established in accordance with the pertinent laws, regulations, and proclamations governing micro finance business in Ethiopian commercial code. It is aimed to provide need based inclusive financial service to the un-banked and missed middle by developing effective and effective service delivery system.
Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Education: Level IV or BA Degree in Marketing Management, Accounting & Finance, Management, or other related fields. Experience: 0–1 year of relevant work experience. Required Quantity: 4 Workplace: Gefersa Nono (G/Nono), Hayahulet, Meki, and Lebu Branch.
Position 2: Customer Service Officer I
Education: Level IV or BA Degree in Marketing Management, Accounting & Finance, Management, or other related fields. Experience: 1–2 years of relevant work experience. Required Quantity: 1 Workplace: Meki and Robe Branch.
Position 3: Customer Service Officer II
Education: Level IV, BA, or MA Degree in Marketing Management, Accounting & Finance, Management, or other related fields. Experience: Level IV: 3 years | BA: 2 years | MA: 0 years of relevant work experience. Required Quantity: 3 Workplace: Lebu and Sebeta Branch.
Position 4: Procurement & General Service Officer
Education: BA or MA Degree in Management, Business Management, Material & Supply Management, Purchase Management, or related fields. Experience: BA: 1 year | MA: 0 years of relevant work experience. Required Quantity: 1 Workplace: Head Office.
Position 5: Auditor Officer
Education: BA or MA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or Business Management. Experience: BA: 3 years | MA: 2 years of relevant work experience. Required Quantity: 1 Workplace: Head Office.
Position 6: Risk Management Officer
Education: BA or MA Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Accounting & Finance, or other related fields. Experience: BA: 3 years | MA: 2 years of relevant work experience. Required Quantity: 1 Workplace: Head Office.
Position 7: Capital & Share Management Officer II
Education: BA or MA Degree in Marketing Management, Accounting, Business Management, or related fields. Experience: BA: 2 years | MA: 1 year of relevant work experience. Required Quantity: 1 Workplace: Head Office. Note: Experience from any institution is acceptable.
Position 8: Market Officer
Education: BA or MA Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: BA: 1 year | MA: 0 years of relevant work experience. Required Quantity: 1 Workplace: Head Office. Note: Experience from any institution is acceptable.
Position 9: Legal Officer
