Position Overview
- Recruiting highly qualified English-speaking academic mentors in Ethiopia
- Support U.S. high school students through Zoom-based long-session academic mentoring
- Not traditional short hourly tutoring: mentors study together with students for longer sessions, usually 1 -2 hours, several days per week
- Mentors help students understand difficult concepts, solve problems, build strong study habits, and develop academic confidence
