About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Food Science & Product Development Associate to join our production team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in food manufacturing, improve existing products, and contribute to developing new ones.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and improving food product formulations.
• Conduct product testing and support shelf-life studies.
• Research ingredients, processing techniques, and product innovations.
• Support the standardization of recipes and production processes.
• Document product development trials, findings, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the production and quality control teams.

Qualifications
• Educational background in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of food processing, formulation, and preservation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
