We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Marketing Associate will support the planning and implementation of marketing activities to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, user engagement, and business growth for RE Technology Solutions and its products, particularly ReLinkAgri.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms, website content, and online engagement.
• Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.
• Support customer acquisition and lead generation activities.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, training workshops, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Support partnership development and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Work closely with the sales and product teams to achieve business growth targets.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or customer relations.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Excellent communication and content-writing skills in English and Amharic.
• Experience with graphic design tools, content creation, and digital advertising is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
