We are seeking a motivated and talented IT Associate to join our growing team and support the development, maintenance, and management of our technology platforms and IT infrastructure.

Position Summary

The IT Associate will be responsible for supporting software development, system administration, technical support, cloud services, website and application maintenance, and IT operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the company's digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of web and mobile applications.
• Support the management of company websites, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to staff, clients, and platform users.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Assist with software updates, system integrations, and security enhancements.
• Support data management, backup, and recovery processes.
• Document technical procedures, system configurations, and support activities.
• Participate in technology research and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the IT team on digital transformation and innovation projects.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in software development, IT support, or systems administration.
• Knowledge of web technologies, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Technical Skills
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• React, Node.js, or related frameworks
• Database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Cloud services (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
• Version control tools such as Git/GitHub
• Basic networking and server management
• Mobile application development experience is an advantage
