Sacon Trading PLC is looking for a motivated and results-driven Junior Salesperson to join our Local Sales Team in Addis Ababa.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, or a related field

• –2 years of relevant sales experience

• Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

• Ability to identify potential customers and build strong client relationships

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets

Main Duties:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers

• Promote and sell the company’s fruits and vegetables

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer feedback

• Identify new sales opportunities and support local market expansion

• Prepare sales updates and reports

Location: Addis Ababa

Employment: Full-Time

Compensation: Basic Salary + Commission
