Qualifications and Requirements

1. Education: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, Office Administration, or a related field is an advantage.

2. Reception Skills: Ability to welcome visitors, receive clients, answer phone calls, and provide professional customer service.

3. Social Media Hosting: Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the company as a host on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

4. Communication Skills: Good verbal communication in Amharic with a friendly and welcoming personality.

5. Basic Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email, and basic data entry.

6. Personal Qualities: Friendly, confident, well-organized, responsible, punctual, and professional.

7. Location: Applicants who live in or around Luncha and can easily commute to the workplace are preferred.

8. Experience: Previous experience in reception, customer service, social media hosting, or a similar position is an advantage.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally.

• Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

• Maintain reception records and organize basic office documents.

• Represent the company as a social media host and appear in promotional videos.

• Participate in creating and presenting engaging social media content.

• Perform basic data entry and documentation using Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

• Maintain a positive image of the company through professional communication and behavior.
