Job Description
Central Hills Real Estate Development is looking for professional, confident, well-presented and results-driven Junior Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our growing sales team.
The ideal candidates must have excellent communication skills, a proactive sales mindset and a strong willingness to identify potential buyers, promote our properties and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through outbound calls, networking, referrals and active prospecting.
• Present and promote Central Hills residential properties to prospective buyers.
• Arrange client appointments, conduct property site visits and follow up with potential customers.
• Build professional relationships with clients and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit daily sales activity reports.
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Must currently reside in Addis Ababa.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, personal grooming and a confident manner.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, disciplined and target-oriented.
• Willingness to make calls, approach prospective clients professionally and actively generate leads.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
