EXPERT CHILDREN'S ENGLISH TEACHER / PHONICS & VOICE TALENT

Endless HaHu is developing an English-learning programme for children aged 2–8 whose first language is Amharic. We're looking for an excellent early-years English teacher to help children hear, understand and speak English through clear, accurate and engaging recordings.

Who we're looking for

• Experience teaching English in an international school or a strong early-years programmers.

• Excellent English pronunciation and practical knowledge of phonics.

• Ability to model letter sounds accurately, distinguish sounds from letter names, and pronounce words naturally.

• A warm, expressive voice that engages young children.

• Experience teaching children who are learning English as an additional language.

• Amharic knowledge is an advantage. Applicants of all nationalities are welcome.

What you'll do as a lead,

• Review pronunciation guidance in our children's scripts.

• Record reference models for sounds, words and short phrases and take major roles for the content production recording.

• Coach our other presenters and review their recorded pronunciation.

• Work with our Amharic reviewer and production team to keep delivery accurate, natural and age-appropriate.

1. A warm greeting for young children.

2. The sounds of s, a, t and p, not their letter names.
