Position: Advisor

Purpose

Provide clinical and operational advice to strengthen the quality, safety and readiness of Tedla's ambulance and emergency medical services.

Key Responsibilities
• Advise management and crews on emergency and critical care practice and protocols.
• Support patient safety, infection prevention and quality of care on every dispatch.
• Guide, train and mentor ambulance crew members.
• Review incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Contribute to compliance with applicable health regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications
• Education in one of the following: Emergency and Critical Care Nursing, Emergency Nursing, or Anesthesia.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. (mandatory)
• Must have a valid professional license.
• Clearance letter from most recent employer (mandatory).
