We're looking for a friendly, organised and confident person to join our growing team. As our Client Relations & Office Assistant, you'll be the welcoming face of Ehud AI Studio. You'll help clients discover our services and make sure they have a professional experience from their first visit.

This is a 3-month paid internship, with an offer for a full-time role at the end for strong performers. Location: Bole, Addis Ababa. Please know that this is NOT A REMOTE ROLE.

What you'll do
• Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors
• Respond to client enquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp and Telegram
• Introduce clients to our services and products
• Understand client needs and connect them with the right team
• Schedule meetings and coordinate client appointments
• Follow up with potential and existing clients, and keep a simple record of leads and their status
• Share a short weekly update on enquiries and follow-ups
• Maintain client records and help with office administration
• Support daily office operations and communication

What we're looking for
• Excellent communication in Amharic and English
• A friendly, professional and confident personality
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (email, Word or Google Docs, Excel or Google Sheets)
• Good problem-solving skills
• Interest in technology, creativity and innovation
• Willingness to learn and grow with our team

Preferred background

Education or experience in business administration, marketing, communications, hospitality or customer service.

No AI experience is required. We'll train you.
