We are moving from paper patient charts to a digital dental management system. You will enter patient information and treatment records from handwritten charts into the system accurately and on schedule.
• Enter patient details (chart number, name, age, sex, phone, allergies, history) into the system.
• Enter visit records from paper charts: date, tooth/region, treatment, and payment amounts.
• Flag unclear handwriting or missing information for the doctor instead of guessing.
• Keep charts organized and return them to storage after entry.
• Meet daily targets charts per day
