Job Summary

We are looking for motivated, professional, and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives. Successful candidates will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products, developing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the company’s sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.

Identify potential customers and develop new sales opportunities.

Provide accurate product information to customers.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Comply with company policies and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Pharmacy Graduates

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.

No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to learn and develop pharmaceutical sales skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

2. Druggists

Relevant educational background or professional qualification in druggistry.

A minimum of two years of relevant work experience.

Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the pharmaceutical market.

Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Self-motivated and capable of working toward sales targets.
