Somebody books the massage. Somebody moves the appointment when the meeting runs late. Somebody knows, without having to check, which treatment is the right one to suggest. That person sets the tone of a visit before the guest has walked through the door.

We are looking for that person.

CALL OPERATOR

  • A degree
  • Minimum two years in a call centre, front office or customer service role
  • A clear, warm telephone manner and confident written English
  • Comfortable holding a busy booking diary in your head
