We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our retail team and help us deliver an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Promote and sell NURU and LULA products to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-organized store and product displays.
• Process customer purchases and payments accurately.
• Manage stock, assist with inventory counts, and report low-stock items.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Support product merchandising, pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
• Maintain accurate daily sales records and report sales performance to management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and encourage repeat purchases.

Requirements
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Presentable, confident, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Honest, responsible, punctual, and well-organized.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems are an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends when required.
• A strong interest in fashion, bags, accessories, and retail merchandising is a plus.
