Event Days: Must be available to work until 3:00 AM when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and invite guests to use our service.

• Explain how everything works and assist customers.

• Accept customer payments and keep track of transactions.

• Ensure customers have a good experience.

• Keep the working area clean and organized.

• Handle equipment carefully and responsibly.

Requirements:

• Friendly and comfortable interacting with people.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Honest, responsible, and punctual.

• Able to work late on event days.

• Living around Jackros or having convenient transportation is a plus.
