1. Social Media Manager

Position Summary

The Social Media Manager will lead Noah Real Estate’s social media presence and digital community engagement. The successful candidate will develop platform-specific strategies, publish compelling content, and help turn online engagement into brand awareness and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing and business goals.
• Create and maintain a content calendar for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Publish and schedule content, including property showcases, project updates, promotional campaigns, and company news.
• Monitor social media messages, comments, and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Build and engage online communities while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Track performance using platform analytics and prepare regular reports with recommendations.
• Monitor real estate, digital marketing, and social media trends, and suggest new ways to reach target audiences.
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer/Content Creator, sales team, and other departments to deliver accurate and effective campaigns.
• Support the planning and promotion of property launches, events, and special campaigns.

▎Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts, preferably for a business or consumer-facing brand.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Understanding of digital marketing, audience engagement, and online brand management.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of the real estate sector is an advantage.
• A portfolio or examples of managed social media accounts and campaigns are highly desirable.
