Position Summary

The Graphic Designer and Content Creator will produce high-quality visual and multimedia content that presents Noah Real Estate’s developments and services in a clear, attractive, and consistent way. This role will help bring the company’s brand to life across digital platforms and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative materials for social media, advertising, property listings, presentations, brochures, and promotional campaigns.
• Create engaging visual content that showcases properties, projects, and the Noah Real Estate brand.
• Develop content concepts and produce photography, short-form videos, reels, and other multimedia assets as required.
• Ensure all designs and content follow the company’s brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the Social Media Manager and relevant teams to plan and deliver marketing campaigns.
• Edit and adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
• Organize and maintain a library of brand assets, photographs, videos, and design files.
• Stay informed about current design, content, and social media trends.

▎Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Degreee in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in graphic design and digital content creation.
• Proficiency in relevant design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent tools.
• Video editing skills and familiarity with tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent are an advantage.

• Strong visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design and content work is required.
• Experience creating content for real estate, architecture, construction, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
