Senior Sales & Marketing Officer

Job Level: Senior Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.

• Identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Promote and sell construction materials and furniture raw materials.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and pricing.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and marketing plans.

• Negotiate with customers and support the team in achieving sales objectives.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably at a senior officer level.

• Strong knowledge of the construction-material and/or furniture raw-material market is highly advantageous.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, customer-service, and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.

• Previous experience with a trading company dealing in construction materials or furniture raw materials is highly preferred.

General Preference

For both positions, candidates with relevant experience in the same or similar business/company environment—especially construction materials, furniture raw materials, or general trading—will be given strong preference.
