Freelancer Needed: Revit 2025 Site and Context Model

I’m looking for a freelancer to create an accurate site and surrounding context model in Revit 2025.

Scope

Model the actual terrain and elevation changes. Accurate topography is essential—a flat site will not be accepted.

Include adjacent roads and sidewalks with accurate layouts and elevations.

Model nearby buildings as simple masses, with footprints, heights, and rooflines as accurate as available data allows.

Represent water bodies, buildings, and roads as simple mass geometry. No doors, windows, materials, or architectural details are required.

You may use any reliable data source or modelling method. GIS experience is not mandatory.

Deliverable: One editable Revit 2025 .RVT file.

Timeline: Start today, October 13, and deliver by October 18.
